I switched my service to Verizon on November 29th I believe. I ordered two 15-plus and what I thought was a good version of the S23 FE. To my surprise, the Fe is the slower model of the S23 and it does not work well for me as a shared driver. I have called numerous times about this phone. I have been given multiple excuses. Then I was sent a refurbished phone and I needed a different phone then they finally sent another phone with the wrong specifications. They are just taking my money and not offering no real solutions . I AM A NEW CUSTOMER
