Samsung S8+ I have tried everything I know and still cant get the notification sounds to come on on Message+, I am about ready to go to another text messaging app. I corrected this once before and got the notification sound to come on, but it seems to have reverted back. For awhile everytime a text message would come in my phone would vibrate, now not even a peep. Luckily the icon for a text message does show up. Can anyone help. I am extremely frustrated having spent two hours trying all sorts of checks and fixes and nothing works.

How long have you been having this issue? Can you please be more specific when you say you have tried everything? What exact troubleshooting steps have you attempted since you started having this issue?
