No notification sound in Message+

I am using Message+, and I'm not getting a notification sound when I receive a text. I do have the "allow notification sound" turned on for both the phone settings and the Message+ setting.  I also made sure the notification volume is turned up.

@ OURLITTLEBEAR2000  Getting notified of your messages is important. Let's get to the bottom of this. Do your other notifications for calls and emails work? What make and model device do you have? Any update for the Message + app?
