I have a Samsung Galaxy S8. After the most recent system upgrade (3/23), notifications for message+ do not sound. The icon for a new message appears, but no sound. I checked in settings to make sure notications are on, they are, but still no sound. Something ALWAYS goes wrong after these system upgrades! How do I remedy this?
Dejonsmom, we always want to ensure that your phone is working well after the latest software update. We’re here to help and we want to make sure that we’re on the same page. Are you still receiving proper notifications and sound for calls and voicemail messages? You’ve mentioned that you’ve already checked the settings. Can you tell us what settings you checked already?
