Recently, my message plus app has stopped sending notifications when I get a text message on my LG V20. I have to go into the app to see if I have a message. I have tried a hard reset, and toggling do not disturb and sounds. I get notifications from every one of my apps except for message plus. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall or what?
I personally wouldn't be able to function if my phone didn't alert me with text messages. Thank you for the helpful information and performing some great troubleshooting. Reinstalling is always a good idea, however let's discover a few things first. How exactly did you do the Hard Reset? When did the issue start?
