I am being charged $700 non return fee for a cellphone that has been returned. I spoke with a Supervisor, Larry, that investigated the charge and sent a text message to my daughter’s cellphone saying I have to pay it. I asked a Larry to give me a call, and of course I did not receive one. Secondly, I purchased 2 phones on the BOGO and I’m being charged for both phones which I have complained about every month since December 2019. I have been a Customer for well over 20 years and I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
