Not receiving messages

This is seriously ridiculous, 

I have not been able to send or receive any messages at all from anybody that has an android phone now this issue apparently started back in January and we’re fixing to go into April 1 and another day and they’re still saying there is no ETA yet. We’re still getting charged to be able to use our phones however, we can really only use them message wise if it’s through another iPhone iPhone iPhone, but not iPhone to android. This is absolutely ridiculous and Verizon needs to credit us back for not being able to use it

I'm sorry to hear you can not use your device. Let's look further into this Trish7138. What device do you have? Can you use data with WiFi off? What zip code are you in?-Joe
