Not receiving non-iMessage text iPhone 11 Pro

I just switched over from Sprint to Verizon with my existing number and I'm not receiving non-iMessage text on my phone.

Trail1, I rely on my messages constantly, so not receiving all of my messages is very alarming. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me have you removed your Apple ID from the older phone?

I have not, but I'm doing that now.

Did it, and it didn't fix anything.

Thank you for working with us, TRAIL1. Could you please follow the steps on the link attached to Reset Network Settings on your device, for it to reconnect to the network. Once this step is complete, please let us know what you experience.
