I have people who tell me that they sent me messages that I never received. Even going as far as to show me send the message in person to never seeing arrive on my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and appears to be happening most often with Iphone although some people with Iphones I still receive their messages as well as not receiving messages from not smart phone users too. Even my brother who is on the same plan and everything is one I don't receive texts from so I do not think it is a cross carrier issue. Anyone know of any solutions as this is rather frustrating. One is a work contact that is vital that we communicate about deadlines and texting is the best way to do that so I need this fixed ASAP!
Being able to send and receive text messages is defintiely an important feature and we understand wanting to make sure it works the way that it should. We will help with fixing this for you right away. Does the messages ever arrive later or are they never coming through to your phone? Do you have any issues with sending messages at all? How about any issues with the picture messages?

Thank you for responding to my question. I have no problem sending text
messages myself. They receive my messages but I never see their responses.
When I talk to them over the phone or in person they show me that they
received my text message and then sent a response by text message. Their
text message never appears on my phone late or otherwise. Same goes for
picture messages. I can send them but not receive them. Thanks again for
helping me out.

I did recently activate my current Galaxy S4 after having to use an Iphone
4 temporarily for a week or two when my first Galaxy S4 stopped working.
That was at the end of October/ beginning of November. As far as zipcodes
or area codes I haven't noticed a trend with those I can't receive texts
from. Thanks for the continued customer support.
