Notifications sporadic since latest upgrade.

Ever since the upgrade, message notification is sporadic on both of my android phones. Will this be fixed soon?

Which update(s) have you applied?  The latest is v.6.4.4:

We don't want you to miss any notifications, ROBCEL25. I appreciate you confirming you are on the latest app version. Have you noticed if other messages are received with notification around the same time you didn't receive a notification on a specific message? Do either of your devices have the Popup setting enabled in Verizon Messages?

No, the popup feature is not enabled.

We've narrowed it down as follows:

Notifications are no longer received from within an open conversation. Thus

one has to keep an eye on the phone if a conversation is left open or the

user needs to back out of the open conversation in order to receive

notifications of new responses. Is this a new feature?

Robcel25 Thank you, it appears you are very detailed regarding your device. We appreciate your efforts as it helps with our next steps. If you turn on the popup feature you should see a notice of the incoming message. If that does not resolve the issue, please remove the app and re-install it.
