Online bill time stamp wrong for text messages

When looking at my bill online and data usage my time stamp for incoming text messages is ahead by 2 hours

Cwzmopsmom, making sure the time stamp is correct on the account is essential. Has this been something that just changed recently when you go and view the usage? Are you viewing the usage from a computer or the My Verizon application? Please keep me posted.

I'm in CA and had the same issue. Verizon rep submitted a ticket to go higher up. All text only message were the same but MMS was eastern time. She said she would keep me updated for the cause. I will post when it comes in.
