Online messages won't stay logged in/connected

Cannot get Message+ on integrated messaging (web version and tablet) to sync.  Tried to disconnect all logins and restart but no luck.  On web, the Verizon Messages will work for few minutes then appears to refresh and I get an error:

This page isn’t workingweb.vma.verizon.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

i've cleared cookies and cache dozens of times but something is off.  

Any similar issues or suggestions to fix?

Yes, have tried that and changed username as well.
