Yes,

I lived in an area in KY that was 2 miles from a tower, but the area was known to have intermittent service. The Technical Support dept. sent a representative out to check everything and it was agreed that the service for the area was either non-existent or minimal at best.

The Technical Support department agreed that termination of the services would serve as my best interest with NO early termination fees. I continued to get bills to reflect that I had services. I spoke with billing and they agreed to terminate the fees all but $2.00. So when I moved to Indiana billing still had me owing $85.00. Now after just 2 months they are stating that the $85.00 charge is valid for services, when in fact I was unable to use the services and it had been terminated.

I had put in a call to a supervisor (over a month ago now) and still have not received a return call. Am I happy with Verizon? Absolutely not!, Would I recommend them to anyone? Not if there is another carrier in the area.

My normal bill runs about $66 a month, Verizon has my bill currently at $330 for 3 months of service when it should only be $198. So you tell me--- Would you recommend a company like this?

I suspect maybe you are going over your data limit with your MiFi.

The funny thing people come on here stating, "WE ARE GETTING SCREWED" then offer a number they are overcharged, yet NEVER tell us what the bills detail shows. If you are going to spout, OFFER DETAILED DETAILS. Break it down for those of us not as smart as you.

jkrasch, we're sorry to hear about the unresolved billing dispute. I know it’s frustrating when you're charged more than expected. I would happy to thoroughly review your charges and make any necessary adjustments. We will be sending you a message directly to assist you further.

Thank you

Oh, definitely!

Their messaging plans are much more expensive than the other networks although it's pretty much the same quality. I mean, $30 for unlimited texting. Sure that sounds reasonable but when it's just for one line? Definitely not. I tried to get unlimited texting on just one line in my family account and they say, "We don't have any plan like that. You have to change your base plan." Are you serious? You want me to pay $30 more for just one line when all the other lines in my plan blocked texting? That's ridiculous. If Verizon doesn't come up with an unlimited texting plan for single lines in a family plan soon, I'm switching the next chance I get. That's just a rip off.

Chances are changing your plan to include texting would have been cheaper thean the way you have it set up..
