Recently, I have not been able to open picture messages on my pantech jest phone. Very rarely can I send them either. My phone tells me that it's connecting, yet it never connects all the way to be able to download the messages. Anyone have any thoughts on how i can fix this problem?

You might try deleting old message threads if you have a whole lot of them. This can free up space and memory.
