I've called PayPal and they said I'm not recieving confirmation from them due to Premium messages being blocked by Verizon, however I've checked and they're 1) not blocked 2) I'm receiving premium messages from other companies.

When was the last time you received a text message notification from PayPal? Have you made any changes to your device since the last message was received? GregL_VZW
