I just received a Phishing text !!
" Free VZ Msg: We had an issue processing your vz wireless payment. Please update now .... etc with a link ..
NOT GOOD..
Lecoveny, we know first hand just how scary scammers and phishing can be. We want to make sure you stay protected. Did you respond to the text in any way including selecting any links?

No I did not respond. I did see where I could mark it as spam (by holding down..) so I did that.
That was a fantastic step to take, lecoveny. We’re glad to hear you did not respond or click into the suspicious link the text contained. If you still have the message, please forward it to 7726. This will allow our SPAM prevention team to continue working on options to combat messages such as this. Does that make sense?
