Mobile phone calls not going through. Text works half the time. Voicemail works half the time without phone ever ringing. No storms in area. Service always goes down during a storm. Might as well have cups-n-string.
What's the make and model of your phone, and your ZIP code? Poor service can either be a device or a network problem.

On that day there were two of three of our family phones in our home area 3 miles apart from each other trying to phone call each other and couldn’t make a call. Both phones inside zip code 31602. This was between 3-4 pm EST 10/07/2025. We finally were able to get texting to work. The phone calling stayed offline for about 2 hours.
P.S. what is a PM? It says I must type 20 more letters to send msg. I just don’t know what “PM” stands for in this context. Also I personally have not received anything or anything from Verizon that might be a “PM”.

A "PM" is short for private message, which will be found under the envelope icon at the top right of the forum page.
