Picture Messages NOT working

I recently upgraded (228*) and since then I cannot send simple photographs from my cell phone to me email address.

 

This used to work perfectly ... take a picture of my two grandsons, send it to the PC to see on a larger screen... NOW nothing.

 

Any help GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

When you say "upgraded" - do you mean you got anew phone? Or just did the *228 to update roaming/connection info?

I can imagine how important it is to be able to capture pictures of your grandsons and be able to send them to your email to view them on a computer!  I would be happy to assist.

 

A few more questions before I can determine the exact issue and provide a solution, what model phone do you have?  Are you able to send and receive regular text messages?  Are you able to send and receive picture messages to and from other wireless mobile numbers?  And what error message do you receive when attempting to send the picture file via email?

 

Looking for to your response so I can further troubleshoot.

my phone is the same way!!! i gt a HTC rhyme and at first everything was working fine then my internet stop working so when i leave my house it cuts off and i have to wait till i find a wi-fi connection then now i cant gt any pictures r videos...what can i do this is very stressful
