Picture Messages Won't Receive Right on LG Cosmos Phone

I tried the 'Online Album' from my phone to download pictures to my phone but with NO success!  I also tried from my PIX Place account where pictures are stored.  It will send the picture message with NO problem but when I try to open it NO picture appears ~~ only a BOX with a ? inside it!  Why is there NO picture or where did it go?? I'm confused. 

 

I received my new phone just the other day & it worked fine the 1st time I did it and now it STOPPED.  Any ideas or solutions would really help!!

 

I have 8.7mb free still on my phone so I'm sure it's not a memory issue.  Anyone with a similar issue??

**THIS ISSUES HAS BEEN RESOLVED**  I tried it again last night and it worked FINE!! Go figure....why it won't work one time but then eventually works?? Maybe I can blame it on the weather!! :smileywink:
