Posting pictures to Facebook or Twitpic

I am trying to post pictures to Facbook or Twitter from my LGIP-340NV. I have my accounts set up on my phone and posting text  to FB or Twitter from my phone works. I've tried to send a picture message to my twitpic address and no luck, and tried the "send to social network" option, and I have tried sending as a pictures message to facebook. Sometimes it acts like it is sending but nothing ever gets posted. I can send and receive normal mobile-to-mobile pictues with no problem. Help very much appreciated!

I do twitter as text on my phone.  I didn't realize we could send picture messages to twitter from phone so I just tried and sure enough a few seconds later a picture showed up on my twitter account so I learned something new.  I just composed a picture message and sent it to the regular twitter code I use for texting and it worked.  Mary

Felinetracks, what type of phone are you using? Is this the LG VN250 Cosmos? When you send pictures do you show any indication that the message was sent successfully? Are you signed into both Facebook & Twitter on your phone? If you haven't already, try dialing *228 send option 2 on your phone. The phone will power off then back on afterwards. Try sending a pic to Facebook or Twitter afterwards.
