Where I work at I do not have cell phone service, so I was wanting to utilize online messaging. I can send messages out and people receive it, but I can't see their reply's to my text messages until I turn my phone back on and it uploads to online Verizon. All of the other employees I work with have contract Verizon plans, and they have no trouble sending and receiving messages online here. Is there something I need to do to fix this?
Thank,
Steve

You can switch to a postpaid account to gain access to the integrated messaging. I don't think prepaid plans allow integrated messaging.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

vamarine5568, we know how important it is to be able to communicate while you’re at work. Taking advantage of our Integrated Messaging service is a great idea to stay in touch if you don’t have access to your cell phone. In order to better assist with the Integrated Messaging service for your particular device, we’d recommend speaking with one of our Prepaid Customer Service experts. They can be reached directly at 888-294-6804.
