Previous Usage Message Log Empty

I'm trying to view and download, like I have in the past, my previous message logs from my last billing period. When I click on the Messages Log it says I have 73 used but the log, where it normally shows the numbers that I've messaged, says "No logs available"
At first I thought it was because my billing period had just ended, but it's been 10 days now and it still says No logs available.

I am having the same problem.. I can access records back three months. I have the message logs for Oct-Nov and Dec-Jan but when I try to look at the message log for Nov-Dec it says message log is empty! I KNOW I had text messages in November and December. I would also like to have the ability to access my message log list further back than three months. How can I do that?
