QBOY61,We know the importance of ensuring you are able to connect your Mac to our Messages + application. Let's take a look at this together. Can you please provide the Software Version of your Mac? Also, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application? TanishaS_VZW

MAC OS X 10.13.6
Messages+ 2.5.3
It looks like Message+ 2.5.3 is not compatible with Mac OS X 10.13.6 despite the System requirements saying it is compatible with 10.12 and on.
I have the same problem and am also running Mac 10.13.6. Message+ 2.5.2 was running ok, then the update to 2.5.3 and now a blank screen. No window to create a profile and Preferences is greyed out.
How can I revert to 2.5.2 until you actually have a release that has removed bugs, not added them?
I've added a screenshot so you can see for yourself.

At what stage in the app launch does the white window show up? Have you tried backing off the update(s), if possible?

Window pops up as normal. Just opens as a blank white screen. How do I backoff the update?

How did you update it? Maybe there's an option to 'uninstall'. I don't have a MAC to test.

Was just a normal update in app store for my MacBook. There were two updates. One security and one for message+.

In the App Store, can you send feedback to the developers describing your issue?

Can only submit a review. It's VZW. Tech support is only open M-F until 5pm. Not sure why they don't have their tech support working remotely.

Well, maybe someone from the support team will see a review you write. You can also send an email to [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] which is the email address of the Verizon Messages support group.

We appreciate your patience during our extended wait times. Our Social Media team is here to assist daily until 7PM Central time. This crisis has impacted us all and we thank you for your understanding. As for the Messages+ issue, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the application? It is common to have to refresh applications after an update. SheritaH_VZW

Hello, NausetLight. We definitely want to do all that we can to help with getting your computer up and running with the Verizon Messages application. Are you able to access Verizon Messages through the My Verizon website as opposed to the application? Below is a link you can click on to view how you can access Verizon Messages on My Verizon. What happens when you attempt to use the My Verizon app on your computer after you have powered your computer off and back on? http://spr.ly/66081a4Gr BrettA_VZW
