I'm having the same problem when sending a picture it comes up "failed".

I send picture messages almost every day, so I want to get this resolved for you. Have you been able to verify that your mobile data is enabled?: http://spr.ly/66051qB9x

 

Also, if you change to another messaging application besides Messages+, do you get the same error message?
