Unable to send/receive texts from certain people

I'm also having the same issue. Unable to txt certain people. I also have an issue with people being unable to hear me when they call. I can hear them, but they cannot hear me when they call me. If I call them everything seems to be working fine.

I recently updated to the 893 release, and did a factory reset of my device. The issue remains. Any ideas what might be wrong?
