Same here. Just started today. 1st got my monthly statement in Spanish then the follow up text was too. I have not changed a thing so this is completely random.
Wow either someone read my post or they realized they made a change in error and reversed it but I just got both my email statement and text resent again in English so it looks fixed for now.
I just had the same thing happen. Added funds to my prepaid account, and Verizon sent me a text acknowledgment in Spanish. I can't find anything in my profile, my account online, or my phone settings about a default language. Ideas? Thanks.
Same with me, I received my March payment confirmation message in first English and then Spanish. The latest one for April I received it only in Spanish. I also am on a prepaid account and this all started in March. No me gusta!!! Quiero que mis mensajes en Ingles!!! (thanks Google Translate for this last part 😉 my Spanish is really rusty.
