Restore deleted conversation

Using Messages+ on Samsung S10e

I don't have verizon cloud or, to the best of my knowledge, any other back-up services. My tests are in conversation view. Yesterday, I accidentally deleted an entire conversation (which are all texts with one contact).

Is this retrievable at all?

We're sorry to hear that your text were deleted. They can only be recovered if there was a copy saved elsewhere. Message+ does not have this feature, as your texts are saved to your account and deleted when you delete them on your device, just like any other backup program.
