Hello,

I made the mistake and sent a package to your Verizon warehouse address:

4801 mercantile drive fort worth, tx 76190

I am trying to get a hold of anyone so I can retrieve it back.

who can I contact?????

the address it was shipped from is [removed]

The only thing you can do to possibly get this back would be to call into customer service (1-800-922-0204)and have them fill out an ITTS inventory ticket but with them receiving around 10,000 devices per day-- it may be difficult getting this back (to be completely honest with you).

I can certainly understand the apprehension on sending out a package by mistake. However, the Returns Center that you mention is an incoming-package facility only, specializing in Trade-Ins for devices. Was this package meant for Verizon at all, like a Device Payment Return, or meant to go somewhere entirely different? If still in transit, have you reached out to the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc)?
