Emails to Verizon are being soft bounced. Our email domain isn't on any blacklists and other carriers are getting our mail just fine. I don't have detail on the bounce message but I suspect that either our domain or more likely all of our sending servers IPs are gray listed due to possible spam. The mail service is amazonses which uses a pool of IPs with an include amazonses.com in our spf record. There are about a dozen subnets that fall under that spf record and obviously there could be people using amazonses to spam, which is affecting our ability to send important alerts to people. Is there anyway our specific domain can be removed or whitelisted from whatever block you have in place? I can provide the email domain separately if possible.
