SMS Text being incorrectly identified as SPAM

SMS/TEXT messages from a location/provider that I want to receive messages from are being filtered. How can I get Verizon to stop blocking these messages. They are not from a phone number

rhenry336, we understand the importance of making sure you are able to receive all of your text messages. Allow us the opportunity to further investigate the details of your concern. What type of text message application are you utilizing on your device (VZW Messages, pre-loaded, 3rd party)? Can you please clarify if you have ever been able to receive a text message from this individual? Also, can you please explain how the message is being sent, since there is a no phone number associated? Please share more details.
