SMS messages not sending

Over the past 2 to 3 months, it was taking forever for me to send picture messages to VZW and non-VZW customers. They pic  msgs come to me with no issue. Today, it has stopped completely. My I have tried all the suggestions of resetting network APN, rebooting, uninstall and install. I even used 2 other messaging apps and nothing is working. I have to go to Whatsapp if I want to send pics. Please help. Note20 Ultra using Google messages / Preinstalled Samsung Messaging and Messages. I even tried to link my phone to my pc and same error messages.
