SMS problems?!

For a couple days here in NW Ohio, we have noticed latency in sending text messages or complete failure. Some people have reported they sent me a text and it said "undeliverable" but my phone has been on in a good coverage area.

Is there a system problem going on? I have tried resetting my phone, etc. And it is going on on multiple devices.
