Catchnrel, I'm sorry your having an issue with your picture messaging. I know how this can be frustrating, especially when you have a new device and want to use all its functionalities. Because your not able to send or receive, this may be an account issue. If its an account issue, you will need to speak with us to review your account settings to ensure your able to send and receive picture messages within our system. I would also perform some minor steps to resolve your issue. Try power cycling the device and checking the messaging settings. I will list the steps below.
Click messaging>Menu (three dots on right hand side of screen)>Settings. Within the settings screen you can ensure the Auto-Retrieve and the Notifications is enabled with a green check mark. You can also check other settings in the messaging function on your phone.
I cycled power again and confirmed that the settings you listed are already checked. If you have no other ideas, where should I go then to investigate the potential account issue?
