Samsung Nexus, Can't Send or Receive Picture Messages

I am also having the same issue I can not send or receive picture messages. I have tried everything I have tried on 4g and 3g. Tried all the solutions just getting mad.I have tried with all bars on 4 g and all bars on 3 g. Power on and off still can't send or receive. I want a different phone. My account is fine.

Just checking, but have you ever tried sending a picture to your own phone number (to yourself)? Sometimes that gets the system unstuck.

Also have you called customer service and have them reset your text message feature from their end?
