I just got a Stratosphere and I am not receiving some text messages from a few people....anyone help me out
Hello there smith021! If this issue remains, I have a suggestion. Please confirm that there has been no Call & Messaging block added to your line against these numbers by having those contacts call you. If they are not able to reach you, you may need to lift restrictions against them. You can do so by logging into your account at www.verizonwireless.com and then reviewing your “Block Calls & Messages” feature under the section titled “I Want To…”
