I want to download an entire text thread from message+. It's an ordinary thread between my now deceased husband and myself. It just everyday stuff but it brings me comfort to flip through it from time to time.
Is there any way to download it or email it to myself?

I can definitely understand the comfort being able to scroll through a message thread like that would be, SARRCBUM. I know I wouldn't want to lose any messages like that with a loved one that passed myself. I was able to find some steps here to help save a message/conversation.
What happens if you follow these steps;
From the Conversation List > Menu > Save Conversations
Select the desired conversations.
Select Save.

You can utilize the SMS Backup applications available in the Play Store to save the messages to a readable format.
