I am not receiving the text message with the security code so I can set up the desktop app.   Does anyone know how I can get this?

We'd love to see you enjoying Verizon Messages, Dipeabs. What make and model device are you trying to set up the Verizon Messages desktop application for? Do you have multiple lines on your account? Are you logged in using the mobile number for the device you want to monitor on the desktop app?
