I have a phone on my plan that will no longer text certain people in my contact list that I text frequently. They all seem to be Verizon customers as well. I checked settings to be sure that they were getting deleted as the 1000 message limit is reached and it is............any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Hey there, Nanner! This issue could be the result of a Call & Messaging Block or Usage Controls on the line in question. You'll want to ensure that neither of these two features are not in place on the line. You can confirm it by logging into your account through My Verizon, or I can check for you. Also, are these contacts able to send messages to the line with no problem? Please advise. Thanks!
