Hi, so I have an LG Octane, I'm in an area with pretty good service and yet I'm having trouble sending messages to people. I can easily receive messages but I can't receive multimedia/video messages.
I removed my batter several times to see if it would help. But it hasn't helped at all.
"Pretty good service" - but is it 1X or 3G? You may have a good signal, but not a good DATA signal. Even though pic messages count as text, they use the data network, so if the data signal is weak, pics won't work. When I am at my daughter's, in the middle of town, I have to sit in her front yard to send any pic messages because the signal in her house is too weak. Calls and texts are fine, pics won't go.
