Sending texts

For the whole weekend I haven't been able to send text messages to anyone. It says "sent" but the receiver isn't getting them. iPhone 5c. I called customer service and they did a network reset and I was able to text the rep. But not any of my contacts. Help?

Being able to communicate with friends is important. Let's work together to get this fixed. What were you doing before this happened? Are you using iMessage or the regular SMS text messaging option? Does this happen with all of your contacts or some of them? We are here to help.

My phone is the same way and I got the iPhone 6. I can receive text but can't reply. When I reply they be sent out like they going through but the person never received the message
