Mv phone replacement was received via mail while I was on vacation I was to ship defective phone within 5 days (which was not possible), i shipped in 7 days from Ohio to Texas. I pray there is a resonable grace period.

I'm pretty sure there is a grace period. Someone told me 30 days. If you have the tracking number you should call in and give it to them, just so you can prove you sent it.
The charge is put onto the bill after 5 days, since that is the return window. The charge sticks after 90 days if there was no proof of foul play.
