I have been with Verizon for about 20 years and never had an issues with text messaging. As of last
Wednesday, March 18th, 2020, Half my contacts cannot receive my messages but I do receive theirs. I send out a text message to all my employees for what their starts times for work are each afternoon/evening for the next day. I have been doing this for over 5 years with no issues. Not sure why I have the issue now. I have gotten with all those employee (over 40 of them) to find out if they were having any issues sending out text messages to anyone else. So far, I was told they are not. This is very frustrating as many of my employees are deaf and need my text messages for their daily start times. Can anyone help with this issue please?
We want to make sure all contacts are receiving your text messages, kmurray. What is the make and model of your device? Which messaging app are you currently using? Have you completed any troubleshooting since this began?
