I used 1 of my 5 free blocks and blocked a number this morning. I received the pop up message that it went through. Yet I keep receivng text messages from this person. I do not wish to hear from him. Is there a way to make it so he cannot reach me at all? Can anyone help? Thank you!
If the texts are being sent from vtext.com or another internet service, the simply blocking the phone number will not eliminate all the texts. If you go to your account online, and block internet text messages, that should work.
Log in to your account, under I WANT TO... Under PLAN... bottom block is block Calls and Messages .... block Internet spam, and block the domain vyext.com or whatever service is being used to send the messages.
