Stuck in SOS mode

I've been with Verizon for 20 years or more.  I've been having issues with my phone stuck in SOS mode, along with another phone on my plan.  I pay DEARLY for Verizon services and this is unacceptable!  I've tried everyone's suggestions and nothing is working.  This is ridiculous!

If multiple phones are in SOS, it's probably not your devices but a network issue.  Use the Check Network Status link at the right side of the forum page to see if there's an outage or to leave feedback.  https://downdetector.com is also another site for checking/reporting outages.

This has nothing to do with it pls stop it Verizon needs to stop paying for their actions

On the phone with Verizon for seven hours, nobody understands what’s going on now they have people working in India who can’t even speak English. How is it possible paying with so much money we cannot even make 911 calls.

Hi, how are you? I am not sure what’s going on but at 3 o’clock today this happened to my phone randomly. I was on the phone with Verizon for five hours now my second phone went into SOS and nobody in Verizon seems to know what’s going on? I cannot make phone calls?
