Can my phone be shut off Sunday if financial services is closed?

I had a promise to pay today and tomorrow, I didn't make the one today. I was told they wouldn't shut it off but I can't find a straight answer

Billing and payments are done though an automated system. If FSD agreed to allow payments on the account, it is entered into the billing system. If you fail to make a payment as agreed upon, the system, not a FSD rep needs to disconnect the service. The automated system does it automatically. Not for sure who told you it wouldn't be shut off if the payment was missed. And unfortunately, the Financial Services Department will not be open again until Monday.
