Anybody else getting the worst support and a run around when needing tech assistance? This is the worst service I have ever seen in my life!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with CS. Have you tried directly asking for Tier 2 tech support, if nobody has been able to resolve your issue when you call? Or ask them to create a ticket for you, and then check back on the ticket status later if you don't hear anything. There's definitely variability with how experienced a representative you get when calling or using live chat.
This is mostly a peer-to-peer customer forum, but I've seen a few people around who are pretty tech savvy, especially for Fios. Depending on what the problem is, if you post a few more details, someone here might be able to offer some suggestions or even an answer?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
