I suspended a phone line on my acct from using mobile data. They can still use wifi. Will my texts and phone calls still go through as normal if they are actively using the wifi? The reason I ask, is because I am getting a 'you have been blocked from originating messages to that phone number". Is this due to the mobile data suspension or did the other party on my account, actually block my phone number from their contacts list?

Those are some good questions. When the device is only using wifi, any Verizon Wireless services that require a data connection will not complete the function. The device suspension will prevent some text/picture messages will prevent messages from going through via the VZW Network.
