I suspended service from 1 of my lines months ago, a few days ago I received 3 text messages from the suspended line saying "You have been blocked from originating messages to" and it lists the suspended number. I never send any texts to that line that might cause that message. The messages do no appear in my message log for either number.
Is my number being spoofed?

That would certainly be alarming. Based off of the details that you provided, it sounds very much like Spoofing. You can learn more here: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-218765/ . BrittanyC_VZW

I have the same issue trying to send a text to my old number, hoping they will send me a code that Facebook texts to recover my account. At first, it did the same between my own 2 phones I have now, but when I went to the keypad, the 3 dots on top, settings, I found 1 phone was blocking unknown numbers. However, I still can't text or call my previous number.
Maybe their number is suspended or no one is assigned to it? I know recently my boss tried calling it when he didn't know I had changed it-to stop him from calling on my personal phone-there was a female who answered.

paranormalrob2, making sure you are able to recover your Facebook password is important. We would not be able to guarantee that the person who now has ownership of your old phone number will text you back. Can you please clarify if you know the individual who now has ownership of your old phone number?
Here is a helpful link https://bit.ly/2BUwFUG to view your options on how to reset your password.
