Switched to a business account and now trouble with texts

Hi everyone. yesterday we switched over to a business account. Now we are having problems sending and receiving texts messages to anyone outside of the #s on our account. What gives?

It’s important that you’re able to successfully send and receive text messages using your Verizon Wireless devices. Please allow me to assist.

You mentioned this happened since switching your lines over to a business account. How many lines are on this account and are they all experiencing the same issue with texting? Please share details of what exactly happens when you try to send and/or receive a text message.
