How come when you view a message in the pop-up it does not sync with the rest of the messages for that person?

The message should also appear in your conversation list. To troubleshoot, please email us with your device type, carrier (Verizon, T-mobile, Sprint…) and a description of the problem again to: verizonmessages@verizonwireless.com
